The Golden Cover is provided by Home Care on the web and includes the following services for three years:

• Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.

• Monthly inspection visits, minimum of two comprising the following:
  • Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
  • Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor.
  • Thoroughly air all the rooms.
  • Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
  • Test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure they are in good working order.
  • Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear.
  • Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
  • Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.

In addition:

• We set up an account for you on the owners area of HomeCareontheweb with your own personal password access which details all your property information including pictures, account information, details on renting your property, quotations and allowing you access to book and pay for many different services such as airport chauffeur, cleaning, maintenance of pool and garden and many other member services.
• We act as your Key Holder.
• We publish a monthly Dilapidations Report detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property (complete with photographs where necessary) which you can access using your personal HomeCare password.
• Furnishing – For brand new home owners, we will arrange the whole process of furnishing and fitting out your property.
• Rental – As a valued subscriber to HomeCareontheweb we will, should you request manage the full rental process for your property via HolidayRentalontheweb and publish on the owner area of HomeCareontheweb all rental activity such as, a calendar of bookings and revenues earned. We provide either Long Term rentals service including finding you a tenant to obtaining the monthly rent for you or if you require holiday rentals HomeCareontheWeb in partnership with Novasol Europe’s No.1 holiday rental company with over 14000 travel agents in Northern Europe will help deliver and manage for you many holiday guests.
• To prepare your property for rental we carry out the following service:

Rental advice

• We also act as your local information source.

Golden Coast Estates can provide Golden Cover for any of our Clients that purchase on the Costa del Sol. The Golden Cover Option is for a minimum of three years the cost of this service starts at 3000 Euros for a two bed roomed Apartment.
