Inspection Programme
We recommend that you make an early inspection of properties which you find of interest.
At Golden Coast Estates we offer a Fantastic Inspection programme enabling you to inspect potential properties that you have short listed.
One of our Team shall meet you at the Airport and take you by private car to your Hotel. Depending on the time of your arrival it’s possible that you would go on a tour of potential properties that same Day.
At the time of touring your properties your consultant shall ensure that you are fully aware of all of the Purchasing & Legal Procedures in Spain and can also give you a personal introduction to a Legal & Tax Consultant. Whilst Legal & Tax issues tend to be different from other countries, they are very simple and easy to understand. All Consultants speak perfect English.
Previous experience from our Inspection Trips confirm to us that it’s always best for you to take a 4 day, 3 night trip to Spain if possible. This hopefully shall give you the time you need to find your Dream Home in the Sun.
